NOT the "best cleaning company in Calgary"
This company is a joke. Booked an appointment a week in advance for house cleaning. The night before the scheduled appointment (1 day before Christmas eve), some guy calls to find out what needs cleaning, the specs of the house, etc. Unfortunately this had already been given when the appointment was made, yet he continuously claimed that nothing had been written down, and admitted nothing had been given to him. To add insult to injury (for this evidently lackluster, unprofessional company), he says he can only make it in the afternoon, which yet again was to have been taken down in note as being impossible due to MY schedule -- the customer. I was told that it would not be a problem and that a husband and wife couple would come first thing in the morning. So not only did this guy not know what needed to be done in the house (rather ridiculous since it was supposed to be all standard stuff) he also couldn't make it for the time that I had SCHEDULED.After the conversation, nothing was resolved. A woman called back within minutes and attempted to tell me that I had been mistaken and informed me that no one would be coming the following day as all the "couples" were booked. I called back and left a message shortly after as I was confused -- how can you call a customer the night before you were scheduled to provide a service and casually say "no one is coming". Unfortunately, the description they've given themselves as being the "best cleaning company in calgary" is a gross overstatement. Around Christmas time people are looking for services to ease the stress and the burden of everything that needs to be done. This company did nothing but give a last minute, unnecessary headache. And were moreover, cowardly about not answering a phone call mere minutes after hanging up on me, nor returning a message -- pathetic. Don't use this company. For 220$ you're better off booking a room at the Fairmont Palliser and letting that business meet your customer service expectations.
