    Poor level of care!

    Did not care about "fitting me in" after I had 2 emergency visits to hospital and an urgent health situation... as one of Dr Shaker's regular patients, I expected a little more caring! I needed pain meds and she couldn't be bothered. Also she sent me for the wrong kind of imaging-- luckily they caught her error at the X-ray lab, and changed it to a CT scan! Pretty bad level of care.
