As many of the other comments state this company is incapable. I live in a house and have had the whole couldnt accsess the front door saga more than once when it was a bright sunny day. They notoriously loose packages. I dont know why amazon still uses them or how they are still around as a company.
Got a notice from Amazon that they couldn’t access my front door at 6:05PM. They were either at the wrong house or couldn’t manage to get to a door with no gate/fence and completely clear of obstacles or snow. Amazon says they left a note but no note found. They are already a day late and I can’t contact them. What do I do??
Total Garbage. In the future I will immediately cancel all orders that use them. I have had a parcel sitting in their warehouse 2 miles from me. For a week. That was suppose to be delivered a week ago. If they do eventually drop it off they normally dump it 4 feet from the sidewalk.
Was home all day, live in a house, there was no inclement weather but they told Amazon they could not access the front door so buggered off. Until I went into Amazon to track shipment, I had no idea. No call or notes etc and still waiting for response from form I sent in.
