    Thank you so much to the Marco and his wonderful staff for going above and beyond with their expertise and kindness extended to me when I was having nothing but grief and trouble with my car. At first I took my car down the street to another auto garage...biggest mistake ever. Not doing that again as I am only going to Maxim Muffler & Auto!!! Thank you so much Marco, Danielle and your great crew!!!

    Requested a quote for part replacement labour cost. Was told by the owner Marco, apparently the owner changed that they only replace parts which they provide (guess why?). After my reply to provide me the quote with their part cost included, he never got back to me. "Wonderfull" customer service to be aware of.

    Another great experience at Maxim Muffler! I dropped my Jeep off on Sunday night and it was ready to go by Noon on Monday. They corrected a major safety concern that could have been avoided simply by returning to their shop for my routine maintenance rather than going to tire shops and quickie lube places. I've always trusted Maxim for repairs, and now they will have my business for all routine maintenance. Darren is a very patient and well spoken mechanic, and a pleasure to deal with!
