    Needed to take my elderly mom to HSC. Switchboard/dispatcher was super helpful in setting up appointment. Driver arrived right on time, was really nice, totally professional, also very considerate in driving - tried to avoid rough patches as best he could. Got to the appointment in plenty of time. When we needed the return ride, we called and the van was there in just a few minutes. We totally recommend this service!

    A senior with a l...

    A senior with a limited income was billed a higher amount than had been quoted. When I phoned about it, not only did they indicate they would not adjust it, they did so with "attitude."
