    Very unprofessional. Very poor customer service! When my newly installed unit needed repair they avoided my calls, so I went to another local company, with great reviews, and I was very satisfied with their prompt attention.

    Left my house a mess. Didn't put my heat pump where I wanted it and left blank spots in my electrical panel after they wired my panel for the units. I can reach in and touch the wires in the panel .

    First of all , if this were the case why not call us. we did not install any heat pumps for you in Feb, 2018. Just actually who are you? I feel this rating is fake and if you are serious please contact us and we will be more then happy to fix this up and address any concerns, moreover to the point we wouldn't install anything until our customers agree on the job at hand.
