The worst experience of my life. They are not professional. They charge you for the time wasted by them. Lazy at work and unprofessional. In both visits, the guy stood in front of the heating system for hours to figure out what the problem was, then called his boss to tell him what to do. The worst part is that they also charge you one hour for the time taken from the company to my place to start the repair and one hour back. worst company ever

No surprises. Heat pump was installed as explained. Tech installers were knowledgeable in the heat pump installations. Time was taken to test and run the LG Prestige heat pump I purchased. Lead hand was certified in refrigeration/heat systems. Heat pump is working fine. Two thumbs up and five star to One Touch Heat & Cool Inc.

I had a Heat Pump / Oil Insert installed. To whoever reads this, take this as it is, but I am totally unimpressed the company’s service. I thought that if I went with a smaller company that the service would exceed above and beyond the bigger companies but was left with a feeling of being let down. I was just a “cash grab, move on and forget about him” kind of customer. I am however giving 2 out of 5 star as far as the unit goes, it is working. Fingers crossed!!!!!
