If you enjoy waiting 3-5 hours for an oil change than this is the place for you. Service department is consistently slow. I’m going to start trying Fredericton or Moncton as I hear experiences at these dealerships is much better than Downey’s.

Brought my 7.3 e450 to for diagnostic, low power symptoms. They checked the wiring harness linked to the idm and said it wasn't the cause, among other things checked. Paid $800 for 4 hours. They couldn't solve the problem, I could afford to pay for additional work. A diesel friend of a friend Joe, worked on it and found a broken wire in the harness between idm and pcm. It's fixed!!
