Excellent quality food & treats for dogs and cats, very clean facility. The groomer does an amazing job, and the trainer really knows her stuff. Great place overall!

Took my dog here twice for boarding-the owner is incredibly rude, while her staff are lovely. First time I noticed that food containers had been chewed-looked like by rats. Second time I was I. Desperate need for an overnight stay so reluctantly went back. My dog came home with kennel cough. Have had others tell me their dogs did too. Asked owner and she was-incredibly rude. Said no dogs got sick in her kennel-what a joke.

Incredibly poor service

I took my dog there to be bathed, have his nails trimmed and be weighed in advance of travel. While being weighed he became excited and peed, sprinkling on a pillow that was near the scales (the pillow was covered in plastic, a simple wipe would of been sufficient). Instead, I was charged the $70 for the pillow. Furthermore, I was told he'd be ready at 3. We were contacted at 12:30. They were aware we wouldn't be back until 3 but were then charged for boarding for the day. Never again. Beware
