    We have never enc...

    We have never encountered such poor service as we did with this company. Had an appointment to get our ducts cleaned, they called an hour before to cancel and said would call back to rebook, they never called back. We called to rebook, 3 days later, 2nd appointment, they never showed up or even gave us a courtesy call. Do not book with these guys!!!
