The Bike Zone

Been a customer for almost 20 years, I have bought 3 bikes from them, lots of parts/accessories (almost a fourth bike) I will be a loyal customer as long as they are open. Great service from honest people, they even taught my daughter how to properly wear her helmet.

I have been a customer of the bike zone for many years and am always impressed with how fast our bikes are serviced and how knowledgeable the staff are there. I recommend this store to anyone interested in buying a bike or having one serviced.

Are truly a great bicycle store. The staff there are extremely friendly and will definitely take the time with you to sort out your needs and match you with a great bike. Prices are excellent as well. I have now purchased several bikes from them, service with them, and regularly bring in my broken stuff, they always help me out right away.

We brought our bike to Bike Zone to have a wheel put on & were talked into a tune up, as a result we were notified that our bike needed brake pads. Over the weekend we received a call informing us that it would be ready for pickup on Monday, we arrived Monday only to find out that they were not open. We went back the following day & were told that the bike was not ready, we got another call telling us that the bike needed more work to fix the brakes. What an overall terrible experience.

My wife and I just bought our second bikes ( road ) from The Bike Zone. We are continuously impressed with the service and prices there. The selection is excellent as well. Highly recommend.

They've got a great selection of bikes in their new location, but don't expect great service to go with it. If you buy anything from them, expect to go somewhere else to get service. It seems that as soon as they have your money for any purchase, that's all they care about. They have no care to keep a customer happy. Bikeland, and Black tooth Grin are much better options. If you want a brand that BZ carries, spend the time and the gas to drive to another dealer. You'll be happier in the end that you did.
