    Went in with my boyfriend to pick up his suit rental, we stood there waiting for someone to help us with the adjustments for over 15 minutes just to be told none of the requests were possible. Clearly they dont care about customers who are renting.

    bought a suit they did the fitting and measurement did it wrong 4 times took it back with problems done wrong by the tailor .
