    Appalling Lack of Quality Service

    Unbelievably and appallingly poor service. The first time I gave my phone to Atif (he works at at this store) was in mid-April 2015 after my Sansung Note II from Koodo fell from my hands and the screen was shattered - so both the touchscreen glass and the LCD had to be replaced. When I got my phone back, there was visible spacing between the left edge of the screen and the frame - wide enough for me to easily put my thumbnail into. The replacement LCD screen had two thick bars of slightly disco
