TMC Restoration

Took over 6 months 2 refinish a love seat and sofa. The backs of all the coaches didn't line up and had to be re done. The materials used are look and feel very very pore quality. The stitching is very uneven and is already wearing much faster than the original coverings. To add insult to injury the mechanics of the sofa that were fine prevoice to being sent to TMC. Now they make very loud sounds when putting the legs up or sitting on the couches. Terrible customer service rude & unhelpful

filled out form at show asked for evening calls only . Every call was in afternoon no one writes down notes 5 confirmation calls from 5 different people for appointment all in daytime which I requested no daytime calls . last call an hour prior to appointment explaining the address is misspelt .not my fault but was given attitude so I canceled all together . You really need to have better book keeping and someone can can spell and listen to instruction .I will be going elsewhere . your loss not mine
