    First time in many years I needed out of warranty service. However, my Escape needed brakes , exhaust work and oil change. I decided to go with Ford as the OEM and glad I did. Shuttle driver was very nice. Bailey was fantastic and understands customer service, loyalty and retention. Walking me thru the steps, costs and providing me options. Great service keep it up! I am buying new vehicle in February. I have purchased 4 vehicles and customer since 2008 with Discovery. Thank you
