    Poor follow-up on issues with a job that was not completed properly. Prompt answers to e-mails, but poor availability to meet with the client and discuss the fix. Would not recommend.

    Todd did some brick repair on our home and was very professional and cleaned up after the job was complete. He also provided suggestions for preventing damage in the future. Would highly recommend.
