The price has inc...

The price has increased twice in the last 6 months and simply not worth the quality of haircut. Despite getting a heads up W will nod and continue on doing whatever it is she had in mind anyways. I have given up after trying 3 times now.

Please do not mak...

Please do not make an appointment with the owner Aleks. I cannot speak about the other stylists, but her hair cutting skills are very out dated. I came in with very beautiful super long hair and wanted my hair at the bottom of my breast line with back layers to the shoulder line. I came out looking like a bad version of the "rachel" (please google the rachel haircut if you dont know). My back layers began at nose length and the longest part of my hair is 4 inches above the bottom breastline. She cut the first back layer too thick so I have a mushroom like cut. The longer layers as a result are like a thin mushroom stem and very stringy. I went down a few numbers in the looks department due to this awful haircut, its very unflattering. I cannot do much with it to make it look good. I told her I wasnt satisfied and that she cut way too much. She told me I look great, like julia roberts...yeah, julia from 1989. Besides, I dont even like her so it wasnt a compliment for me. Aleks just doesnt have her skills updated in order to give a proper modern layered haircut. She apparently has poor focus when listening to a client state what they want. Im very specific and detailed, so I dont know why this happened.

love it

i was having a difficult time to fined a hair dresser , went to this salon first time and i got a cut and a highlight and a style it was amazing ,the hair dresser sara very nice have a smile on her face all the time know what she is doing,always go to her ,prices there are really good, I have recommended this place to 2 people and they are happy,very friendly and clean, hairdressers there are nice, come to this salon and try .

Great service- have already recommended many times

I came to this salon via referral from an acquaintance. I was having trouble finding a hairstylist that I "clicked" with and understood how to cut my hair. I am so glad I came here. My stylist, Sylvia, was very professional, a good listener, and clearly knew what she was doing by advising me on how my hair should be cut to take advantage of its best traits. Two months after the haircut, it still looks good. I have recommended this place to 3 people already. The salon isn't super fancy, but it is clean and the other stylists seemed nice as well. The price is very affordable, and they don't push an endless parade of hair products on you either. If you're looking for a new stylist who knows what they're doing, come to this salon.

Appalling - will never go there again!

First visit to this place, Haircut for my little daughter was pathetic.I had to come home and trim the uneven hairs. She said she would never want to go there. I could have done a better job. the stylist was trying to be polite but appeared all nervous and very disinterested in giving a kid a good haircut. i had my hair cut as well (bad decision)...which was average.... just a trim....felt rushed. looks like a lot of unfriendliness between employees....shows on the customer. hey i did tip them.....very well. extremely unhappy and i am sure they will be losing a lot of customers. A bad haircut is bad customer service = bad publicity!
