He ordered a part for our boiler back in Feb/22. I called near end of March to check status and he said it should arrive within a week or 2. Never heard from him again until I contacted him in July and he completely forgot about us. Just made an appointment for him to install the part on Aug 25th 9 am and he never showed up and only got his voice mail when trying to make contact. We left a msg and never got a call back. Not a happy camper!

Booked an appointment with him and he never showed up. Did not answer his phone all day and never called us back. Left us in a bad situation, won't bother ever calling him again. I don't care how busy you are, that's not good business.

Great customer service and great prices! Cant ask for any better. I had a broken furnace and they were on it right away. gave me a quote that day and they had the best price.

Unreliable. Had 5 leaks in my water pipes which caused mould. He took out insulation out of my floor and caused my pipes to freeze. He cut wires and I lost all power to my main floor. he did not pay for the damages. He installed a “heat trace” wire in my water line that he broke and left inside my without my knowledge. he cut the rope, left it in the water pipe and pretends to put another one in. It was installed improperly and it exploded and filled my home with water.
