did not make my partial correctly. Convinced me to get new uppers. They too did not fit. When I complained he became very arrogant. Went back ten times no satisfaction. Just frustation,cost me lots of money.

Way too many steps for elderly clients

My elderly father, who uses a walker and cannot deal with more than a few steps, asked me to make him an appointment. When I called and asked about stairs, I was assured that we could come in the front door, which had only 3-4 steps. However, the front entrance was unusable when we arrived (due to wet paint). I was dismayed to discover it was 2 steps up to the back (main) door, followed by 8 steps up to the waiting room, then 5-6 steps down to the exam room. I had to cancel Dad's appointment.

new dentures

not very happy with new dentures, have had dentures for over 40 years and this is the first ones that actually look like your wearing false teeth. It has been 5 months with these new ones and I regretfully am looking to change them again
