2 guys came in to look at a leak under the sink. Took the time to explain what was happening and repaired it. While they were here had them look at the bathroom sink which was done by another plumber and couldn't figure out whynit leaked. Took them.2 seconds to see that the crimp was not strong enough and fixed it without charge. I would recommend over and over again.

The quote of the service person from Enwin was, "They could not have found anything else to do wrong." We called RFG and the Enwin service person gave the list of mistakes, including the meter being on incorrectly, not to code fitting and failure to re-ground the wires they had unhooked from the pipes in TWO places! Enwin's service person also wanted to know why they had Enwin's tags and why they had put them on incorrectly. I felt that they were horribly unkind, incompetent and unprofessional.
