I love this place, food is excellent, service was fast and friendly. My only problem was waiting in the line. The place was PACKED. Sign of a good thing I guess. When we got to our table, the host gave us a round of shots for having to wait (in reality it was only 15-20 min past our reservation time) I highly recommend this place. Enjoy!

Once again I brought my family here for dinner...

Once again I brought my family here for dinner. The food was delicious as usual, with great portions. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food. She even recommended a great appetizer, dolmadakia. I hope I spelled that right. The Mediterranean decor is very nice, however, I did notice a couple things that could use some improvement. The patio windows need some curtains, not just from a decor point of view but also to keep out drafts. The white lights in the trees need replacing, most were burnt out. Overall, my family and I had a great time. Great food, friendly service and a nice atmosphere!

I have read the previous reviews an was shocked to read some of the bad ones. Yes, this restaurant is sometimes too busy and the wait staff make mistakes, who doesnt. My parents(both lawyers)form Montreal are well fed and travelled and if they can say that the Cafe Greek Garden is one of their favorite restaurants of ALL the restaurants they have been to worldwide then it must be great!!!!! We love it!

Anybody that reguarly visits this restaurant can tell you: 1) the service is VERY hit or miss 2) the food is ALWAYS excellent If you've visited this restaurant 10 times, you've likely endured at least one 30+ minute wait, to be seated when the restaurant wasn't full, for a server to visit your table after being seated or for your food to arrive after being ordered. With that said I have never had a bad meal from the Greek Garden. The food has always been excellent when it arrives, taste, and temperature. The fact that I have endured multiple 30+ minute waits but continue to go back is a testament to my enjoyment of their menu.

This is one of our favourite places to eat in Guelph, though on certain nights, the food is hit and miss (must be different cooks) We love atmosphere and the wait staff is fine. We try to go about once a month but find that we never deviate from our comfort zone ordering
