H&R Block Year-Round Service

Kind, informative, courteous and very professional. I will forever use H&R Block to do my taxes as they helped me like no other place has. I not only needed to do this years income tax filing but also 3 years prior as well. For information I didn't have, they did in their system. Thankyou for such a stellar experience!!!.

An employee called and told me Revenue Canada required a tax receipt from 2010 and if we can't find it I will have to pay tax for it. I asked why this was my problem as I pay them to do my taxes and they keep copies on file for my past returns. She literally said she didn't want to go through the lengthy process of finding the tax receipt. Wow. Canada Revenue did not call me, they called you because I paid you to do my taxes. I was also charged full price instead of 29.95 and am a student.

Terribly run establishment. I would NOT reccomend going here. The girl at the front desk could barely do simple math, took forever to find my file and charged me more than quoted. Not to mention they told me they would call me in a week when they were done and I had to call them 3 weeks later.
