    Beware! New head office will ban you forever as a patient if you cancel on short notice. I have been going to Altima Dental since I was a kid (for about 20 years or so), but apparently not anymore?? I was given no warning, no 3 strikes and you are out kind of deal. Just... instant patient termination. Welp! Ok, I guess that is that, then. As for my rating, I gave an extra star because the actual staff and the doctors are very lovely people. Just dont EVER cancel on short notice. Not once.
