sent my 19 year old daughter to this FAMILY run business today because her engine light came on in this very bad ice storm, they did what I prayed they wouldnt do they saw her coming & $780 later she had an oil change and tune up INCREDIBLE. Do not use this shop anyone that takes advantage of student does not deserve the business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are sorry you feel that way. It is never our intent to take advantage of our customers- students, seniors or just regular people. The Ontario law requires that repair work be preceded by an authorization to do the repair work from the consumer. After your daughter s authorization, the work has been performed and the invoice issued. I assume the car runs well and your daughter is safe on the road. If you feel we did a poor job, please come back. We will take care of it at no charge.

Have a 2007 Suzuki xl7 and was having trouble with temp gauge. They checked the sender unit from the block to the the gauge and found out connection was at fault. Changed the connection and all good. Waited while it was repaired. Great service and very friendly

I have a 2006 Volvo wagon that I had difficulty finding someone to do regular maintenance and repair. I have been going to Rights Auto Repair for two years and they have been able to diagnose and repair any issues that I have had with my vehicle. Peter S. My daughter and son in law now also bring their vehicles to Rights Auto Repair as well.
