    I was quoted an amount on the phone and when the technician came he quadrupled the price only after he had finished the work. He poked at the lock with a stick for a minute and kept shoving screw drivers down the crack. He promptly gave up and just drilled a hole through the door knob, left a huge mess and charged $190.
