My dog had a seizure and they fit me in right away, did a very thorough examination and corresponded with me over email to address all my questions and anxieties. Then - they followed up just to check in. Exceptional customer service because they really care!

need new vet in NW London

First off they will refuse your dog if it's an emergency and you just moved to the area (they refused to contact my other vet to help my dog). I live two minutes away from Whitehills, my dog broke out into hives yesterday the vet is only open til 6 on Fri, NOON on Sat, and closed Sunday... and then different hours all throughout the week just to really confuse you. I'm sorry but I work Mon to Fri who made up these business hours?? So my dog is suffering so you can enjoy your weekend good job guys I can bet you REALLLLY care about animals since you seem to assume dogs don't need medical care on weekends. And their prices for everything are insane - maybe if they opened up on the weekend and made some more money they wouldn't have to treat everyone so bad and charge them so much and refuse sick animals...by the way.... what's a vet's job again... because Whitehills definitely has not shown me.

Wonderful vet, nice spacious waiting room so you're not crowded with your pet. Prompt service. Xrays on site. They really do care about your pet and keep you informed on everything.
