    We currently are still using our smart vendor system after 3 years and $13,000 and counting.... We have it setup for a small business with the multiple stations' module and the $700 yearly support. This support is the worst support I have ever encountered; every support agent has a different answer than their previous colleague. We have a simple issue of emailing invoices/quotes/packing slips/statements option that did once work with our webmail. we have been told for over 18 months the follow
