    Very bad sales an...

    Very bad sales and service experience. 1) A $750, 600cfm range hood, the bill was over $900 with $70 delivery service "in the system, and the system did not allow to take it out!" Charged us $70 less, "bill will be OK on pickup" 2) After pick-up, marks of a refurbished unit - scratches, bad metal sheet reassembly. The manager Vladimir didn't want the unit back... "call the 800 number of the manufacturer", "call tech", "No money back", ...rude.
