    Just Amazing, My ...

    Just Amazing, My Engagement cake tasted Great and looked Great. I visited the showroom which was beautiful with a lot of cake designs and consultants were very helpful made the whole process very easy and STRESS free. Sample tastings were fresh, rich in flavour and the variety was good especially the red velvet. Price very reasonable, delivery on time and professional I can't wait to see my wedding cake. I would recommend Just Temptations to anyone.

    Best Cakes & Service in Toronto

    Incredible showroom, amazing staff, the cakes taste fantastic. Their service was fast, manager is very polite, they can create whatever you want on your cake. Had the BEST cheescake here in Toronto. The price is more than reasonable for what you get. 10/10 would defintiely order again.

    Wasn't the best experience...

    My fiancé unfortunately had to work, so two of my friends came with me to the appointment. I walked in and was barely greeted by the girl at the front desk who, while I was looking at the sample cakes they had on display for a good 15 minutes until she approached me, didn’t ask me how I was, didn’t ask me how the planning was going, didn’t introduce herself, didn’t talk about the things the bakery could do, didn’t ask me the theme of my wedding, didn’t ask me what colours I wanted, didn’t ask me what flowers I wanted on the cake, didn’t suggest anything, etc. For the sake of fairness, I kind of already know what I want on the cake, so I probably answered a few of these questions in my description of the cake I would like, but she was just so… uninterested. She then brought us cake samples, said what they were, and left us. Like, went back to her computer at her desk. Didn’t sit with us and explain what combos work best, any speciality flavours they could do, nothing. Just… left us there. That sort of behaviour from an in-store employee is going to hurt their business in the long run. I don’t think the girl should be fired or anything, but I do think she should be given a good talking to. In an industry where you are competing against hundreds of other bakeries and first impressions are everything, she really didn’t do her job well. Yea, so, keep this in mind, future brides. Just Temptations might not be a good fit…
