I feel like I was deceived, looking for dental cleaning for my small dog, I phoned this vet and was told between $350. - $450.00, give or take $100.00 for extractions. So I made appointment to get evaluation and was floored to get an estimate of $934.96. If I would have been told on my original phone call that it could be $700.00 or higher I would never have made the evaluation appointment, which cost me $91.42 after tax, for 10 minutes office visit. I feel I was taken big time, disappointed.
Very professional, personable, and they really take the time to make sure you understand everything. I absolutely would not take my pets anywhere else!
Be very careful of the Wellness Plan and in particular responding to their survey's. I expressed concerns (privately via survey), next thing you know they are calling me angrily, dropping me as a client, and then back charging me for all services to date (the discount as per the plan), including an item they said they gave "complimentary". This is 3 months into a 12 month package which I signed up for and paid in full. When I asked to be partially refunded, they in turn are now trying to charge.
I started coming to Glanbrook vet when I moved to Hamilton in 2010 based on a recommendation from a colleague. Although I live in the opposite end of the city, I would never consider going anywhere else. The vets are very knowledgable, and all of the staff are fantastic. I take advantage of the "wellness" plan for my dog which allows regular monthly payments to cover the routine things such as exams, vaccines and heart worm/flea prevention instead of paying large sums each spring (we all know this gets costly).

Katie and Jazz are so well looked after at Glanbrook Veterinary! The staff is so professional and caring. The follow up after a procedure makes you feel they really care about their patients. They are very accommodating and explain the problem thoroughly. Cudos to Dr Tina and Dr Heather and Staff!! I recommend this clinic highly. Thanks Sandra England
