Chris (the owner) is a really nice guy. I pawned an iPhone and a Laptop to him for a fair price.
Although our transaction ended up taking two days as the Laptop needed time to erase all of my personal info. Chris was patient and kept the laptop at his shop so he could ensure all of my data was removed. We had a few good chats and he ended up teaching me about Aussie football :).
10/10 would pawn to again. Thanks!

Bought an engagement ring from Chris the other day. Excellent service and was treated very respectfully. Professional dealings for a great price and the ring was ready for pickup within 2 weeks of first walking into the store, resized and replated with a new stone in the center. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for reasonably priced and high-quality jewellery.
Not impressed. I was trying to sell some electronics including an expensive AVR that was still going for over $300 on eBay. One of the employees called up an eBay sale for the same unit on his screen for comparison showing it sold for $50 and said that was all he could offer. I said forget it and left with my electronics. Once home I checked the eBay sale and the unit he said sold for $50 listed a defective hdmi IN. A major issue. Either the employee was not honest or was not thorough.
Upon arriving at the pawn shop, expecting to get rid my unwanted games before heading to school. I walked into the shop and walked around, only finding an employee after 5 minutes. After displaying all my stuff to the store employee, he offered us an incredibly low amount for what I was offering. After asking him for an extra $10 on top of his low offer, he snapped, refused and walked inside. I didn't know what to expect when I entered Chris' store, but from the reviews I had read I figured it would be OK. Well it went beyond that! The store was very organized but since I was there to sell gold I stayed up front. Chris is very knowledgeable and an easy person to talk to which was great and I learned a lot during the hour I was there. I would highly recommend Chris for his knowledge, experience and his integrity in his business dealings! He is a hidden gem in Newmarket!

We travelled an hour to deal with Chris at the Buy and Sell Depot. It was well worth the effort as Chris was super helpful, honest and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable with our purchase. It was evident immediately that Chris is extremely knowledgeable and understands jewelry. Within an hour we had arranged a new diamond purchase for a ring which included Chris handling all the jewelers work of setting the diamond and even arranged making a pendant! Thank you Chris

when I came into the store, the owner was quick at estimating the price on my old electronics. And also informed me on what electronics that are worth trading and selling.
called chris to sell gold and electronics.he offered cash on the spot and said he likes all of the above.I would use him again for sure and have recomended him to all of my friends .
