Best Florist in Newmarket. Polite staff, happy place.

This is the second time my family have sent me a absolutely beautiful arrangement in past few years for recuperation the first being beautiful Xmas centrepiece with flowers so fresh lasted long time. A family member is horticulturist and I always send pics so she and others can see the beautiful flowers they sent. I use to think flowers waste of money but after getting these realise how much they cheer you up. I look forward to future flowers as my family very happy with customer service.

Excellent Service/Product

I have just recently moved to Newmarket and thought i would try out a local florist instead of ordering from my florist in Toronto close to my work. This was the best customer service I have ever received. The girl helping me was so friendly, I was looking for something specific and they did not have it in stock but made a quick phone call and got it in the following day. The flowers i brought home lasted lasted 11 days!! I can never get my flowers to last that long. The store is very bright and inviting with a very large selection. Since they are open late during the week, I can stop by before I get home. Im so happy I have found this florist. Im sorry for the last reviewers experience but mine was more then spectacular. I decided to review when I was looking for this number to order again. Please, Try this florist and you will not be disappointed.

They don't deliver as promised - horrible service

(I would not give them any stars, but one star was my only option). Despite confirmation in writing and ordering the items before the cut-off time indicated on their website, they did not deliver the flowers and other items I purchased for an event. They left a phone message saying that they would deliver two days later - one day after the event the purchased items were for. (I wasn't able to pick up the message until after the event was over). Avoid disappointment, embarassment and being cheated by NOT using this florist!!!! I am just mortified :(
