I placed an order for pickup by phone and wasn’t told the debit machine was down. When I got to the store they said I had to use the delivery machine and pay the extra delivery fee. I asked them to take the fee off the order price so I wasn’t paying extra. They refused and demanded the extra fee or they wouldn’t give me my food. I called customer service and instead of offering an apology the rep said too bad, if I wanted the food I had to pay the extra fee.
