Remember Auto

Terrible service , extremely dodgy. Refuses to allow a PPI to be done on their cars but will continue to tell you the exterior is nice and the leather is nice. They will try to team up on unknowledgable customers, with one reassuring you they're honest and the car is nice. Also trying to pressure you by telling you there are multiple other buyers in line.

I was looking for...

I was looking for a car for my son to take to University in North Bay. I had been looking for a while and had seen some very shady dealers and vehicles. I must say the level of service I had received from the moment I entered the dealership to delivery has been exemplary. Even after delivery we found a minor issue and the manager, Mohammed, was very receptive and promised to have the matter resolved when my son returns from University. My experience has been very good thus far.

INFERIOR

very poor experience. a warranty not honored, very hard to deal with over the phone - will not stand behind cars sold. i've had my car for less than a year, i've had it in and out of the shop and now i will take it in again for major repairs. DO NOT BUY from this "dealership", go somewhere else, you WILL regret it.
