If I could put in a (-) review # I would. I am very disatisfied with Funky Tai. I visited this location on Friday, October 6th and today as well and on both occasions the waitress/kitchen mixed up our food order. We only have an hour for lunch and on both occasions, we had 5 minutes to eat. I am very disatisfied with the service. The waitress never offered us a free lunch or discount, just said "sorry". That's not good enough. If you want customers to come back you have to provide good service. Today, my friend's lunch came to the table, again 5 minutes before we had to leave and she wasn't even offered to have it to go for free!
What kind of restaurant is this? Not to mention my friends specifically said "vegetarian" she has never had poultry and the first dish they brought her had chicken in it! It was taken away from her and immediately brought the the intended customer! after she ate a few bites from it! I'm sure the health board would like to know about that! I can forsee this business not being in business much longer.
