Soft Touch Dog Grooming is owned and operated by Jennifer Lyon (ICMG). Jennifer started in the business after studying dog behavior and taking grooming sessions for a year. Jennifer tested with International Professional Groomer Inc. in 2007 and achieved her master groomer status. It was then she took the reins of head groomer and took over the operations of Soft Touch Dog Grooming.     Made an appt. The day of the appt., I called to confirm. When nobody answered the phone, I left a message that was not returned. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured that they were just busy. Drove my dog across town, my dog that HATES car rides, only to find NOBODY there. Lousy way to run a business.

    have been with Jennifer for 7 years, she is the best in the business, cuts are great, my dog loves going to her "spa day" and she loves Jennifer as well as her other groomers, always confident my dog is well taken care of.

    We brought our sc...

    We brought our scruffy, ailing, senior Newfoundland dog to Jennifer for some rescue grooming services. A few hours later, it was like a new puppy came home with us. Jennifer and her team did a wonderful job of dealing with a large breed dog with "issues". We very much appreciated her attentive care and advice and would recommend the services of Soft Touch Dog Grooming.
