I had a very poor experience at this clinic. I was seen for injuries from a motor vehicle accident. I was hundreds of dollars out of pocket, even after my car insurance had APPROVED the treatment plan. They had me pay over $800 and then wait for insurance re-imbursal. They didn't explain well at all. My insurance company had to call repeatedly to inquire why I was being billed directly. I also waited for over a month for Dr. Westelaken to submit an updated care plan to my insurance company.
