I LOVE bringing my dogs here for their grooming, they look AMAZING when I pick them up... They do EXACTLY what you ask for. The staff is truly great, their all so friendly, out going and patient with your fur babies. I know that their in prefect hands once I leave them there. I truly and fully recommend this place, you definitely won't be disappointed 😊👍 Thanx so much to all of you guys there for your great work😊

Brought my yorkie in who’s been here more than once, I’m not sure who cut his hair this time but it’s awful. The bridge of his nose looks like he’s skinned almost to the bone, I asked for his ears to be trimmed and they were left Long. On top of his nose being cut way to short the sides of his face are way to long still and over all he doesn’t look very good .. he looked better before his hair cut. Not very happy, specially for the money paid. Probably won’t be returning.

I have been bringing my miniature Schnauzer Gypsy here since 2007 when I got her. Cathy is only here Thursday and Friday, and she is the only one who grooms Gypsy. I would not go anywhere else. They are reasonably priced and do a good job. I have recommended them to many people and will continue to do so.

This place does not look great, but people are nice and they did a good job giving my longhair cat a lion cut and nail trim and a bath....all for 35 dollars!! Probably not the place to go with exotic animals that need complicated grooming, but a great place and a cheap price for all your everyday grooming needs.

I tried to write my review but it was to long even after taking out half of my complaints! So here it is in a nut shell. Brought my westie in for a "westie" cut and my dog came out with really shirt fur on face and head. Ear were totally shave instead of tipped and and his beard was totally cut of. from bottom of ears right to bottom lip shaved very short. Westies should have beards. His fur on head is only about a half inch in length,, Tail was shaved rather then clipped. Side were too long for rest of cut. I called to express complaint and to request they trim up his side fur to match how short his head was and was cut off and told if I wanted my money back to come and get it. When I got there I tried to apologize and state again, I was not calling for my money and got :sorry" out before I was handed my cash, Very rude people that appeared nice at first. :( Don't think my dog was let out to go to the washroom for the 4.5 hours he was there for we got 5 feet from car before he pooped on stone walkway..:( Awful place.
