    They are fine when it comes to taking your money and when you pay on time, but don't try to cancel or get help. No response, we wont be renewing with them again. Also our vehicles are junk and only getting older with a perfect driving record yet my insurance is only going up...

    This company takes forever to get back to you - the least they could do would be to call you back when you leave a message to say when they will be able to speak fully with you. They also give you a huge runaround when you put in a claim. Not ideal when you pay for a service.

    Few years ago i asked for a quote , they never called me . I called them they were not helpful . Waste of time ( they have big sign and name lol)
