    Last package delivered through puralator; Employee Tells me won’t leave package due to dog in yard (acceptable) next order; package was left in yard within reach of dog. There was no package left when I got home, only shreds everywhere and my Christmas presents were ruined. Been on hold for 22 minutes and counting. Have yet to hear anything other than the automated message.

    Amazon needs to change delivery company in my area.

    I received an email from Amazon Prime that my delivery was delayed but would sill arrive today. I waited at home all day for the items to arrive as the tracking continued to show it was on the way for today. At 4:30 I entered tracking into Purolator's site. It stated that delivery was missed and would be attempted the next day. I was home all day and no notice was left. I called the only number I could find as Pembroke has no direct number. I was informed the driver did not attempt due to issues

    Awful. Leaver sticker but don't call or buzz apartment. Can't call them... waste of time and money. I will have to drive to their office for pickup when I have a day off work. Probably works ok for folks who are home all the time.

    Hello Leester222, Thanks for your review. I’m sorry to hear that we disappointed you. The driver is supposed to use the buzzer, if it’s provided on the directory and/or the shipping label.     Delivers for UPS ...

    Delivers for UPS - cannot contact their "Pembroke" office directly - apparently they don't operate phones. For UPS deliveries - they don't even knock, leave slip and drive away! Why take on contract for UPS deliveries - and not do your job?!?
