Edible Arrangements

I called the Edible Arrangements store in Pickering needing a super fast delivery. Masi was the person who took my order and he told me he would put a rush on it. Boy did he! In less than an hour my order was delivered and my friend was all smiles. Masi and the staff at Edi bile Arrangements made me look really good. They really know how to take care of business. When I m ready to place a second order, Ill be calling these guys again, that is for sure. Thanks Masi! I appreciate all you did!

I had wedding shower and I looked at flowers but I wanted something different. So I looked online for different gift ideas and came across edible's website. I called the store and asked questions about price, number of guests these arrangements would feed and etc. Staff was great answered all my questions. They requested I come in and see what we could do and offer. all in all I got 2 beautiful center pieces and little gift's for my guests. Masimo

40 days ago the Pickering Edible Arrangements store happily charged my credit card $194 and I am still waiting for the order to be finalized. They did deliver the fruit arrangement with balloon and chocolate pop, however the 18 Piece Edible Signature Chocolate Box was never delivered and obviously they just don't care. Why would they, I have already paid. After three calls to the store, one to the US head office customer service and two emails, I have never heard back from anyone.
