Always great service with the ladies at Dixies!

gave me a receipt with payment, then charged me a lot more. For the lady before me he said no tax but wanted tax from others. Very unreliable & capricious man.

Horrible customer experience. I was forced to pay for something that was not clean properly and my other item was ripped in process of dry cleaning. He was holding my product hostage otherwise. He was extremely rude and I was humiliated by him front of other people. Money minded guy with zero manner.

I was upset when I posted my review about Dixie Cleaners on Oct 18 as Irina S. Later the owner offered a solution to fix the problem. Having cooled down & appreciating the way he handled the situation, I wanted to remove the review but could not because of Yellow Pages policy. Here is my new review. Shortfalls happen at any business, but its the way in which the owner handles the situation that distinguishes them among the rest. I appreciate how he responded & will keep taking my business here!

This is a horrible place. Not only my custom made curtains were returned from dry cleaning dirty, not only they were ruined, but the owner also had a nerve to tell me that it was all my fault because the fabric used for the curtains was not right!!?? Unbelievable! If I could give a zero to that place, I would definitely do that. MY SUGGESTION: DON'T EVER GO TO THAT PLACE!

Horrible Customer Service. Horrible Dry Cleaning. Horrible Experience. If I could I would give this cleaners zero (0) stars. My items were returned not only with MORE stains than I originally brought them in with but also with damage!!! If you are looking for a good dry cleaning I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE AT ALL.
