Kick it up a notch at these Edmonton martial arts studios
This studio offers Jiu Jitsu classes for youth and adults, starting at age four. The Little Ninjas classes (ages four to six) teaches the fundamentals of the martial art in a non-competitive environment, so that children are encouraged to learn techniques in a fun way while burning off excess energy. There are also classes for children ages six to eight and eight to 13. Adults can take classes in Ninja-Ryu Jiu Jitsu, which combines judo, karate, grappling, aikido and Filipino stick fighting. They also offer a women-only Jiu Jitsu class.
