I always having problem with my channel.

I had five services they started giving me less and race there rates after approximately 40 years of being with so I cut the cable of now they hit one of Iternet almost double the price so I cut that off . In may I will be canceling on other Iternet off .and I will cancel one other cable off soon and I will see what is going to happen with the fifth service.

cancelled service with them ,had to disconnect all hardware myself and drive it back 30km when I asked for a receipt was told they would e-mail it never got it when I phoned their customer service was told everything was ok but they could resend e-mail but not to worry there was a paper trail on their system make sure you get a receipt at the store
