Woman at POS could brush up on her PR skills and 'RETURN CREDIT ONLY' policy was NOT told me to me when I ASKED what their return policy was. The 'RETURN CREDIT ONLY' part of his answer was intentionally omitted. I will pass my over $300 credit on to someone else because i WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!!!
Cant Believe the knowledge the owner and staff have for lighting. They go out of your way to make sure everything is perfect. I was in stores many times all the way to Toronto and have never had the service, experience and selection like I did at City Lightz. Thank you for all your hard work, I know I wasnt an easy customer to work with but thanks for having patience, Jim and Marlene you guys work amazing together and I will definitely reccommend you to everyone. My house looks amazing.
By far the best lighting showroom I have been in lately. The customer service in this store is superior to any other store in the city that I have been in. The review about the owner being rude is obviously someone who has never dealt with Jim or by someone else who works at another local store feeling their business is threatened by this store. Product is new and different then others and staff is always helpful and know their product. Its all about customer service and this place has it!!
Have been in a couple times and was treated rudely by the owner on both occasions. It was though he was too busy to even be polite and I had an entire house to fill with new light fixtures. I always try to go out of my way to treat people in retail well, having once worked in it myself. It didn't matter, sadly.
I wanted different light fixtures and am VERY indecisive. Mike, Marlene and Jim were patient and awesome in helping my choose lighting for my entire new house. Keep in mind they have a lot more to choose from online and will beat others pricing.
Searching for lighting for our new house has been challenging. City Lightz were wonderful to work with. The lights they have are amazing and well priced. The staff at City Lightz are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help all the way through. The store is clean and easy to shop. They made picking the lights out for my house simple and easy. I have a hard time believing that anyone could have a negative experience there. I will be recommending to all my friends and clients.
