No one in that store is competent enough to make a bagel… very disgusted at the lack of education or training giving.. training should also include how to clean your ears out and listen to what the customer is telling you !!!!

The worst! Regularly wait 5-10 MINUTES (not seconds!) in line just to order, then another 5-10 minutes to get to the window, only to be told they do not actually have any of what I ordered in stock (no steeped tea ready, no sausage, no biscuits, no plain bagels). Was twice the ONLY car in the drive thru besides the one at the window and waited a whole 5 mins before they would even take my order, then waited behind the window car for another 5 mins, just to be told they didnt have any bagels!
