Holiday Inn Sudbury

treated us like dirt told me nobody called for a taxi when i gave my name told me to take my wife to the back doors to get in the door was to small for the wheelchair did not care if i could get to my room told me hallways were closed off do to party people and i could not use front door so i canceled and went someplace else will not go there again that was not the first time i was treated like that

Service to book a conference room is non-existent

Been trying to book a room there for weeks. No return of my calls, left 3 messages the past 2 weeks. No callback whatsover, left a message with front desk when I dropped in, no callback. I guess they don't need the business. Hope I get a call from the manager Next week, if not, I'm gonna keep posting bad reviews all over the internet and make some blog posts.
