    Karen and her staff yearly takes a huge burden from my hands. They are a great team know how to deal with CRA who treats the average citizen like a cash cow. Thank you for taking the stress off our family , tax time is no longer stress time Governments make it impossible to understand anything usually so they can take advantage of ordinary citizens Thanks Karen :)
