Got our Loan somewhere else
I have given this bank a rating of "fair" since I have delt with some people in the past from this bank and was pleased. The last visit to this bank we found that the woman we spoke with did not seem to know her job very well (or hopefully she was just having a bad day). As an end result we felt we could not deal with her and went to another bank for a loan.
