Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

We ordered via the app as that is how we order most take out these days. We had a time of 6:56pm for pickup. I left the restaurant at 7:40 with my food. They had no more mashed potatoes and asked what else we would be happy with. I chose greenbeans but ended up without my fries and gravy that were also be sides to our $51 family meal. There was a huge hair in the sauce wrapped around the rim, that I did not see until I had already spoken to Swiss chalet on the missing FF. Come on Swiss Chalet!!

dont know what has changed at this location, but something has. been going to this store for years, and always great until last night. such a horrible expierience we will never return. service was awful,which was why I think our food was cold,waited for ever to get our meal, like so long tables that sat down around us 20 mins after we ordered ate and left before we got our dinner.even had to wait 30 mins to get our bill after we asked twice for it. horrible horrible visit.
